Inspiration can be a pretty powerful thing. On its own, it’s nothing but maybe butterflies in your stomach, a feeling of joy or an idea that lights up your mind’s sky. But without the action required to turn that inspiration into consistent action to make that golden thought into a golden result, inspiration can quickly lose its spark. And without spark, there’s no fire.
Fitness inspiration is no different. It’s what formed the foundation of the Kubex revolution, after all. A thought, some action, some consistency on that action, a little learning along the way and finally… RESULTS.
As trainer Brett Hoebel has said, “You need to put what you learn into practice and do it over and over again until it’s a habit. I always say, ‘Seeing is not believing. Doing is believing.’ There is a lot to learn about fitness, nutrition and emotions, but once you do, you can master them instead of them mastering you.”
