What IS Kubex Fitness?

Here’s a question: have you ever felt intimidated when you first walk into the gym? Chances are if you’re new to the fitness scene, you probably have. We know intimidation happens a little more often than we might think… and also happens to be a leading deterrent to frequent exercising at traditional gyms*.

According to a study performed by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), 19 percent of those surveyed thought they were too out of shape to work out and believed they were the only person at the gym who wasn’t beachbody ready. Each machine is enclosed in a space-conscious workout “kube”, allowing you freedom of movement to do your workout set without worrying about what anyone else is seeing.

Kubex is not a guessing game on what/how much to do to reach your fitness goals.

Another finding from the ACE survey found that 21 percent of the people skipped the gym because they didn’t know what to do once they got to the gym. Scales can be frustrating as their results can vary hour by hour, day by day and between devices. Since Kubex is built around you, we also offer state-of-the-art body scanning to tell you exactly where you are with body fat percentage, and where you rank with people in your age demographic. We conduct this non-invasive body scan once a month to track your improvements in areas such as body weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), lean muscle mass, and more.  

How it works: In complete privacy, you stand on a turntable that spins you in a full-circle while our harmless, infrared system takes multiple images & scans of your body.
